Cancellations and Refunds
After a confirmed enrolment made via the Site or the Application, the CIDS cancellation policy does not provide any refund.
All study material is processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control especially in these days of the pandemic.We assume no liability or responsibility for any delays, or interruptions in the delivery of any content.
